Only taken out of the box to take measurements.

Both bowls are scalloped and the handle is ornate from the bottom to the top and screws together to attach the bowls. The bottom bowl is 8” long the top is 5” long and the handle is 6.5” long. It is lightweight.

Certainly a multi-use platter, orderves, candy, pastries, etc. It can also be used as a display piece for craft fairs or even possibly used in a restroom to hold decorative soaps and other display pieces.
