Instructions

4. Before removing the plug, be sure to clean the nozzle and straw with a cleaning needle.
Precautions
1. When the new desoldering gun is used for the first time, it may emit smoke slightly due to the heating of the electric heating element, and it will disappear naturally after 10 minutes.
2. It is not allowed to knock, disassemble and install the parts of the electric heating and control parts arbitrarily.
3. To prevent the nozzle from being burnt and difficult to remove, please use lubricant or rust inhibitor.
4. At the end of the use of the tin gun, use a cleaning needle to clean the residual tin in the suction nozzle and the suction tube, and let the tin gun cool naturally in the air.
5. The tin remaining in the tin storage tank will reduce the tin absorption efficiency, so it should be cleaned up diligently.
6. During the process of tin absorption, the flux in the solder will become gas, and it will be adsorbed in the vacuum pump, so that the suction force will be reduced or it will not work. At this time, the vacuum pump will be disengaged, and the vibrating membrane and valve plate should be cleaned with alcohol. normal.
7. When the filter cotton is discolored, it must be replaced immediately to avoid reducing the tin removal effect.
