Size 6. Measures approx. 1" from north to south. Shank measures approx. 1.75mm. Cameo measures approx. 19mm by 10mm. 

Cameo does have a wiggle, however in no risk of falling out. Weighs 2.4 grams. Nice condition. Comes exactly as shown.
