This beautiful Advent House has 24 doors that open with room to include gifts, or small ornaments in each (gifts/decorations are not included). Each opened door plays a Christmas song and the animated Elf Shop and Santa Room light up and move. It is in almost perfect condition with the flooring and wall in Santa’s room slightly lifted, as shown. I did not attempt to alter the house by gluing it down.
Original box included. Box has wear as shown in multiple detailed photos.
Refer to all photos for accurate measurements, condition and additional information. This has been tested and works well with batteries. The optional adapter is missing. There is a working volume control button. Music is clear and everything works perfectly.
