The pendant for this necklace is a pillbox, measuring: 3.3 x 2.5 x 2 cm. (1 1/4" x 1" x 3/4"),  made from cruelty free, deer antler.

Deer and elk shed (or drop) their antlers every Spring,, so, this came from a still-living animal.

I hand-finished the lid, and inlaid a 17 x 17 mm. Labradorite teardrop cabochon on the top.

The swivel lid closes tightly to keep your treasures safe.

Its inner chamber’s dimensions are approximately: 2.2 x 2 x 1.3 cm.(7/8" x 3/4" x 1/2").

Because the antler’s core is grainy, I lined the inside with a non-toxic, acrylic, furniture finish.

For the neckpiece, I strung faceted, apatite rectangles and faceted, tubes; quartzite and aventurine rounds;  onyx rondelles;  and cruelty free, deer antler tips on sturdy, braided, artificial sinew.

The length is adjustable, from: 26 cm. (10 1/4"), up to: 112 cm. (44").
Just slip it over your head, and slide the cruelty free deer antler, lock bead to desired length.

This necklace is made for people of all sizes to wear any length.
If you would like it shorter, you can specify the length desired at time of purchase (no less than 60 cm. or 24" so it will still fit over your head), and I can easily shorten it.

The necklace also comes with its own storage pouch for safekeeping.
