Throughout its ownership, the item has been kept in a smoke-free / pet-free environment.

This train station is in good / used condition. There is a bit or rust throughout the piece. One of the "Oak Park" signs on the roof is loose. It can stay in place, but one of the little tabs holding it to the roof have broken.

We have not attempted to clean or restore this piece in any way, It should pop a bit with a little detailing.

This listing does not include any peripherals such as a horn, conductor, etc. 

We have lowered the asking price to accommodate for all the imperfections.

Really cute and would do well in the hands of a collector / vintage toy restorer.
