Burnout BBQ outdoor kitchen for sale.

I have for sale this beautiful Burnout BBQ outdoor kitchen on casters in smoke grey and powder coat black with solid black granite worktops.

I am the sole UK distributor to the trade for Burnout outdoor kitchens and have owned this set for around 1 & ½ years. The set has visited a couple of shows, but mostly lived at our outdoor kitchen showroom / barn near Bakewell in Derbyshire. Burnout outdoor kitchens are made from materials that are proven to not degrade or alter over time in an outdoor environment, and in any climate. The frames are high quality stainless steel, the panels are UV resistant laminate over a polymer core and worktops are solid granite. The soft-close drawers and soft-close hinges are specifically for outdoor use and made exclusively for Burnout by one of the leading German manufacturers of these components. No wood or wood-based materials have any part in a Burnout outdoor kitchen. That is why Burnout give a 10-year warranty and are completely comfortable for owners to use a jet washer to clean them! In essence, Burnout outdoor kitchens are designed and manufactured without compromise.

This set is still from the current Burnout range, so additional units can be easily purchased from us to increase this set if you want to. Additional units could be corner units for additional storage, a fridge unit, a sink unit, or an additional unit for an additional charcoal or gas grill. Burnout also make matching tables, benches, stools, and high chairs, which we can also supply.

The set comprises of the following 4 units:

1.       1 - An outdoor fridge unit with Caso Cooler outdoor fridge with black framed glass door.

2.       2 - A grill housing base unit with 2 x large storage drawers, and the brilliant Napoleon P500 gas grill in matt black above. This grill in matt black is exclusive to Burnout in the UK.

3.       3 - A 1,200 mm wide Door and drawer unit with pull out gas bottle holder behind the left door and a set of 3 x drawers for storage and cutlery insert in the top drawer.

4.       4 - Kamado base unit with one large storage drawer under. The cowlings each side of the Kamado are removable for easy cleaning. The Monolith Classic 2 Kamado charcoal grill is included with many accessories.

5.       Large square handles on each end.

Burnout manufacture everything in their factory near Osnabruck in Germany, so when the kitchen arrives at its final location it is very simple to assemble. Each unit has 4 x bolts to secure it to its neighbour and 60 mm adjustable height rollers to level up.

The retail price for this set including the Napoleon gas grill, Caso cooler and Monolith Kamado is £22,856 including VAT, excluding delivery and assembly. We are selling this set as ex-display, unused and with a small number of marks or scratches to the powder coat (detailed in pictures) at £17,000 including VAT and the full 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and 2 years warranty on the appliances. We can arrange for delivery and assembly which would need to be priced individually depending on location.
