The suite is in Excellent to Immaculate Condition, comes from SMOKE & PET FREE home, No rips or tears anywhere, No major and noticeable wear to the  fabrics anywhere, all the Cushion fillings are still very firm. The only thing is some very really very minimal "sort of fade" on the top of one arm on the chair only, other than that We couldn't see any noticeable marks around but as per all preloved items you still may find some visible on really close inspection.
