Stainless Steel Vessel Assembly. This was removed from a prototype cryogenic medical device, so it was likely custom made. Interior dimensions of cylindrical portion are 8.5" x 5.75", I am guessing overall volume is over 4L including conical section. Two sizes of coil are wrapped around the unit, likely for cryo cooling. 

Overall height is 29cm, weight is 7.8 lbs.
