The cartridge with the red screw is a damped ink cartridge. The damped ink cartridge can adjust the rebound speed of the front fork. The ink cartridge without the red screw does can not adjusting the rebound effect of the front fork.

With "rebound" in the option, the damping can be adjusted↓
