Brand new, factory sealed. Case has a crack in the front, a crack at the top hinge, a smaller crack on the back near the bottom edge, and an extremely small crack under the fine print at the back bottom edge. Wrap has a bevy of small nicks/tears (primarily, but not entirely, at the edges), a vertical cut on the front near the crack, and moderate general surface wear. Ships in a box.
