Description Policy

• All items are guaranteed genuine unless otherwise noted.
• Thins, tears, & creases will always be described.
• Faults that are obvious on the scans may not be mentioned.
• Please check scans carefully.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping

• We combine shipping for an additional 25¢ per item.
• The item with the highest shipping cost of the combined items will be the base shipping cost.
• Combined Shipping:  Shipping should automatically combine as long as you DO NOT click "Pay Now" until you have finished shopping.  Please Note: If the shipping doesn't combine, not to worry, let us know and we will refund you the adjusted amount when we ship your order.  
• After receiving payment, we usually ship that same day or the next business day.  If your order doesn't automatically combine and you would like to add more purchases, please contact us so we don't ship your order until you've finished shopping.
• Tracking is only available at buyer's request for an additional cost.  Cost varies depending on location - please contact us for exact amount.  We will only charge our actual additional cost.  We recommend Tracked Shipping on higher priced purchases.

Returns

• If you're not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund - no questions asked.
• Please buy with confidence.

Certification Policy

• If you wish to have your purchase certified, please notify us prior to submitting the item for a certificate, so we can extend the return time to 90 days from the date of sale.  If the stamp turns out to be unauthentic or not as described, a full refund will be offered as well as the cost of certification.
