If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact me before resorting to unfavorable feedback. I want my customers to be satisfied. Please contact me first if your item arrived damaged or significantly not as described and I'll go from there. All returned items will receive a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping and return shipping will ONLY be refunded in cases where the item was deemed at fault by me (the seller), which will be determined case by case.
Item(s) must be returned insured with tracking and/or delivery confirmation number. Refund will be issued within 3 days of safe receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when first mailed (tags still attached if new, no rips, tears, holes, breaks, etc) or refund will not be issued.
