If your item is damaged in transit, let us know within 3 days of receiving your item and we will file the claim with UPS. Please do not discard any packaging material as this will void the claim. Please include your name and telephone number when emailing us as we need it to process the claim. As soon as we get the approval from UPS, we will refund your payment and shipping charges.

We described each items in our auction the best possible way but since we sell variety of items It is hard for us to have complete knowledge of each item therefore we include the information for most items from manufacturers website just for the reference purpose that means these items can has such features but we have not tested them. Also sometimes these information also include the accessories that usually shipped with new items in box but we do not include them with our items as they are open and used items. We do include additional pictures that will show everything that is included in the auction. Also check the first paragraph of our description that explains what is included in the auction. If you are not certain, then please email us before bidding on the item. We will not be responsible for any assumptions. PLEASE NOTE THAT (3) days return policty does not apply to the items sold as is.
