Combine 3 antennas feeds into a SINGLE feed suitable for connection to your TV.

Input 2 all UHFchannels without channel (notch filter) on input 3.

TV channel (3rd input)  you can define yourself, (UHF) and they will be tuned  according to your needs.

If you need DC power pass some input write please.
