Two serving spoons by the silversmith Edwin Comfort Newbury in Brooklyn, CT.  Although he was active c.1830-1860, these elegant spoons are made in the 1810-1820 style. The monogram L M is in keeping with the early style. Clear mark E. Newbury + Pure Coin. They are in excellent condition, the bowl ends are not worn, there is a dent in one bowl and surface scratches.They are 9" long and weigh 94.6 Grams or 3.34 Troy Ounces.
