Gorgeous Mid Century Italian pottery candle holder.  Thick green glaze with yellow and purple accenting. Marked as Italy on the bottom.  This is really a magnificent piece of Italian art pottery.  The photos don't do it justice.  The triangle design is thickly cut into the sides prior to glazing.  

It measures 7" tall and is 3 1/2" across the top.  It has a few typical glaze pops and 2 small nicks on rim.  

See pics Some Bitossie pieces are unmarked because often large and important importers would request that the manufacturer's name be omitted so that consumers would not be able to obtain them anywhere else and simply stamp them "Made in Italy".
