Items are described as accurately as possible and testing is done but extensive testing is not practical so most tests are just basic. Please look at photos and read description. If an item is new/old stock that means it is a new unused item that has sat on a shelf for some time. If purchasing an auto part please confirm it fits your application before purchase. If you buy a new item and you open it and try it out, it is no longer new and therefore no longer returnable unless it is not as described.
