These beautiful silk pants were purchased many years ago from Filenes Basement in Washington DC (out of business). 

The pictures don't do them justice.  Color says "navy " on label, but is a wonderful,  sophisticated slate blue. Pants have a matte finish (not glossy silk) but have a suede or low pile velvet LOOK (not feel). The feel is soft and very much like silk.  Pants are single layer (no lining) with drawstring through an elastic waistband. 

Size 4: waist 15 inches across UNSTRETCHED (so 30in around). Inseam is 32 inches. 

Condition: Excellent new.
