Very unique wall hung light. Seems like someone painted it black at some point, original finish is a gold/brass. The switch is on the socket as seen in the photos. The mounting appears to be a simple loop on the top of the light, intended to have a visible cord.

I wiped this item down but the cord still needs some attention.
