Hi Gentlemen, pls allow us to tell why you need buy LF inverter?
A. HF & LF Inverters:
In the market, there are two types of Pure Sine Wave (PSW) inverters - HF and LF. The HF inverter is the more popular choice, comprising 90% of the market. It weighs only 6-7kgs and is made up of MOSFETs on both the DC and AC sides. This design is ideal for infrequent or small appliance use. However, if you plan on using solar or other green energy or heavy-duty appliances such as motors, pumps, air compressors, microwaves, or electric kettles, the MOSFETs may have a lifespan of only a year or less. Additionally, sparks or noise from heavy appliances may damage the AC MOSFETs.
On the other hand, the LF inverter has a MOSFET on the DC side but no AC MOSFETs. Instead, it uses a big transformer with rough wires. The transformer can weigh around 7-8kgs and is more robust and powerful than the HF inverter. The big coil's lifespan could be more than 20 years, and even if your solar system fails, the coil can still work for you.
B. DIY Repair Solution:
In light of the global situation with terrible diseases, wars, and inflation affecting electricity prices, it's prudent to prepare your own green electricity. Even if electricity costs skyrocket, it won't be a problem for you. However, many sellers offer warranties, but do they have repair centers in the USA? If not, how can they provide service when you need help? If you face such a situation, what will you do with a dead inverter? Will you throw it away and buy a new one? If so, can you still call it green and clean energy?
Although even the LF inverter may fail due to 50% of electric components, only two parts typically need replacement - the MOSFET and driver board (on the control board). Our design is a module version, where you can replace four power MOS boards and one driver board using screws, taking just 15-30 minutes to get the inverter working again. If you keep some repair parts on hand, the inverter can work with you for 10 or 20 years.
C. What Happens if the Control Box Fails?
a. control board:
for 21years inverter experiences, if inverter dead, you just replace the driver board(on the control board),
b. driver board:
then you can make the control board work again, only few screws to replace it, maybe take you 10mins.
c. main board:
there are 4pcs power mos board on the main board,
d.Power mos board:
all you need to do it just replace 4pcs power mos board through some screws, maybe 30mins.

1.Note: this item is 48V DC Input, usually when you use big power,the best Input voltage is 48V,because the amp will become small, will not cause the inverter getting so hot, if inverter not hot, the efficiency will arrive 2-3%,means can go to 92-94%, also your battery bank can keep very good performance! watt=volt x amp, once your voltage getting high, your amp will become small.
2.this inverter will come unversal plug with big amp socket, all the coutnry can be used!.
3.this inverter is LF inverter, we called low frequency, with big transformer inside(around 12kgs),this design just for the heavy duty appliance, like pump, motor, freezer, grinder, microwave, heater.
I sold the inverter about 10more years, most of is HF INVERTER(made by mosfet), even it's 5000w inverter,
still get some feedback from customers side, they say why i use pump, grinder can not turn it on? or use some weeks, the inverter dead, because some heavy appliance maybe just 500w, however, when turn it on need 10-15times conitnue power(5kw-7.5kw) to start it, in this moment, very easy to damage the mos-fet, it happened all the time, i am very upset about this situations & no idea to real solve the problem.
One day my friend who is engineer to charge the power source about the airplane & train, he told me can think about the LF INVERTER, as all the airplane, train, big board, RV CAR, they are set up this inverter with no problem.I go to find how this inside made, the major point is big transformer, made by a wide copper, very strong enough 100times than HF INVERTER(made by mosfet) to produce smooth power & of course, even 5-8years after, the transfomer still working good!
4. you may see a lot of inverter in the marketing for sell, price will be hurge different, 80% is HF INVERTER, because its' handy 3kw around 5-6kgs, 5kw around 10kgs, but before you make a choice, just asking can this run microwave, compressor, pump? You may not get very satisifed answer, that's the big difference!
What i recommend is just spend your money for power source at 1 shot can real useful, real match your power source demand.
5.TURBO POWER AUTO DETECTION:
when you use some motor, engine, pump, some need 10 times surge power require, in this moment, the IC will auto offer more amp come from the battery with 2 times standby power to turn on the heavy appliance, after turn it on, the amp will come to normal voltage & amp.
6. Inside big transformer is made by Taiwan factory, material come from Japan, that's bring the inverter efficiency come maintain to 92% at least.
7. Inside mosfet from Germany, not made in China, that's making sure the inverter for long time use, will be no problem, temperature can stay around 60℃.
UPS : Use your ac home power first, if out of ac power, auto switch to dc bank power.If the machine is connected to the battery and home mains at the same time, the machine priority to use the home mains electricity, if the home mains electricity is failure, the machine will be automatically converted into Inverter function to run the home appliances.
ATS: Use your solar or battery power first, if out of dc power, auto switch to ac power & charge your battery bank at the same time.
If the machine is connected to the battery and home mains at the same time, the machine will use Inverter function first. When the battery voltage is lower than 10.5V(for 12V inverter) or 21.5V(for 24V inverter), the machine will automatically switch to charging mode. In charging mode, the AC output will be from home mains. When the battery voltage rises to 14V(for 12V inverter) or 28V(for 24V inverter), the machine will automatically convert back to Inverter function, when switching the function will not affect the use of appliances.
when you use ATS function,it need to turn off the power inverter first,then plug the AC input into home grid,then turn on the power inverter,this moment it will charger the battery and with AC output at the same time,AC output come from home grid,make sure turn off the power inverter first then plug the AC input then use the ATS function,thanks
POWER SAVE ON :
If you only connect battery with load, ac cable unconnect, when you switch to battery charger mode, this means is
power save mode on, in this moment the condition as follows: The inverter will go to sleeping mode , no load current is 0 AMP, every 3secs, the inverter will detection itself, after the 3sec, amp will go to 3amp(stand by power, time: 1sec, then back to sleep mode, amp is 0), the inverter will repeat the situation, until you switch to power save off(inverter on, down side)
some customer need use refrigerator ,can switch to power save on mode, as refrigerator only will work every half an hour or one hour , but inverter stay in power save function, no load current is 0amp , can save power.
Possible Uses:
●Because some appliances have instant power or motor, when use our power inverter must pay a attention for some points as follow
1. It is better to use pure sine wave power inverter to connect with the TV, not modified power inverter.
2. It is better not use our power inverter connect with the fluorescent (lamp). There are two kinds of fluorescent, one is inductance type: when turnon switch, the light can on after one second or more and some also with buzz, this light has instant high voltage and it is more than 700v and even more than 1000v; another one is electronic type, it also has instant current and can be more than 700 Ah.
It only can use our power inverter to run the bulk.
3. if want to run the machine like washing machine ,refrigerator or water pump, coffee grinder or kettle which have a motor ,then need to use more than 15 times to 20. times power of them, because they all have instantaneous power when turn on.
