When mounted on the E -650, switching between MC/66 dB and MM/40 dB can be performed from the front panel. In MC, the optimum impedance can be selected from 30/100/300 Ω. In addition, it is equipped with a subsonic filter to cut the woofer's wobble caused by record warping and the negative effect of ultra-low noise on the audible band.
