1989 vintage Victorian mansion, in very good used condition. This playhouse offers the opportunity for many hours of imaginative play.

This playhouse is in very good used condition and all structural pieces are included. Sold as-is.

A few decorative pieces are missing:

- Flowers are missing from the window boxes and side terrace

- door knobs are missing from the doors

- a few of the original little pictures are missing from the interior walls

- one or two roof finials are missing.
