A used 2016 '57 Les Paul Standard Gold Top has arrived in relatively good condition!

This individual is a highly complete reissue model that inherited the specifications of the 2014 Historic Collection.

This item has some changes to some parts.

First of all, the pickups have been changed to Gibson's current Burstbucker 1 & 2 on both the rear and front.

Also, the rear PU pot was replaced.

Also, the weather check like vintage Gold Top is starting to appear near the control section.

This model is a reproduction of the 1957 Les Paul Standard, the first year it was equipped with a humbucker.

A complete change from the previous P-90 equipped model, it has transformed into a "cool" sound that is powerful and full of saturation.

The first ever humbucker sound, commonly known as P.A.F., is still a legendary tone that various brands are trying to reproduce.

The pickup installed in this model is the Burstbucker, which was developed in pursuit of the PAF sound from around 1958 to 1960.

As mentioned earlier, the originally installed PU has been replaced with a Burstbucker, but the sound is very rich and deep, so it will be particularly satisfying for those who play with distortion. I feel that it is finished as an individual.

This item has a Gold Top VOS finish, but compared to the current Gibson CS Gold Top VOS, it has a darker gold finish.

The current Gold Top is very pale in color, giving the impression of a gold color that is closer to silver than gold.

Of course, I am deeply in love with the current Gibson CS Gold Top, but I also find the distinctly golden Gold Top of yesteryear to be attractive.

The dark gold top is the gold color that we are used to, so it gives us a sense of security and exudes a unique dignity.
