We will inform you if extra steps are needed from you when you get the repaired/cloned module back.

Start by contacting us by message informing the brand/model/year of your car and if possible the part number of your module, explain the situation, what happened and what you need help with, one of us will contact you as soon as possible either requesting more info or offering a solution.

If we agree in a repair and/or service you will have to send the original module (and the module to be clone if that's the case) to us along with the VIN of your vehicle.

You will follow further instructions (if necessary) to install the module back on the vehicle and get it all set and working.

We will not test modules free of charge or ivestigate problems and previous repairs, we will not accept to ''try to do the service'' if we are not sure we can do it, we will not accept any responsability for losses during delivery of the modules, when shipping it to us we advise you to use a tracked and insured service, we are not responsible for installing and sync clone modules with other vehicle modules (if required,most times is not).
