This is a nice pair of weather, rain and snow pants by Columbia size Kid's M.  They are made from 100% nylon and are lightweight.  They are a solid black color, with two hand pockets and one velcro leg pocket.  They have an elastic waist for fitting comfort.  The leg cuffs can be tightened with velcro fasteners to keep the weather out.  The waist measures 20" (unstretched) and the inseam measures 25".
