None finer.... this is the poster child for all NASA rings in a svelte and logical presentation. It packs the color punch of brilliant planets, comets and stars done entirely in gemstones that are extraordinarily bright and rich so that they POP out of their jet-black onyx backdrop.

The ring is unusual in several ways, first of all, it's a band ring, not a dome. It is a pictorial piece, meaning, it is a 'picture' of outer space in ACTION (look at the red opal ring around Saturn and the comet with long tail whizzing by!)
The ring is beyond a regular band, this one has a squared front, like shoulders with the picture continuing around the bends of each side.

It is a diadem setting so it sits up just a tad with a solid and thick sterling mounting, that is smooth and powerful, there is inlaid turquoise beneath.

Every detail, every aspect of this ring is the kind of quality you really hope for but seldom see.

The sterling has been gently hand polished, (not too much because we respect the older pieces and their patina) with the edges rounded so it literally glides onto your hand and is built with comfort in mind.
