Original Walt Disney Production Cel Cell Celluloid Jiminy Cricket Pinocchio. There are a couple of cracks in the paint. His umbrella has a crack and on his sleeve . The animation is still very nice and displays well. Not an original background.  The cel is a little wavy and it doesn't lay flat. The matting still works but is looking a little faded. The size of the matting is 14" x 12".This was sold at Disneyland at one time.
