I have 4 of these available that all appear to be new.
There are 2 pairs of wires coming out of the back.
One is labeled : FOG Light - R (Red)
The other is labeled : Reverse Light - W (White)
I took pics while connected to battery terminal.
There is an outer ring of Red (FOG)
There is a center row of White(Reverse)
Fits older models prior to 2015.
I am not sure what year this is supposed to fit.
The label on the box only identify it as F-150.
There are 2 holes for mounting screws.
The screw holes are about 12" apart.
It's a 5inches front to back and 14.75"; wide.
