Made of some sort of material that looks like a dry bag material
Fastens at the top and folds over like a dry bag
Has a removable Adjustable strap
Never used - given to consignor by Reservoir Watch Rep at an event
Since it's not been used it's hard to say how water resistant this bag is.

Has a 7.5" Bottom

are taken flat & as carefully as possible, however they should
always be considered approximate. Keep in mind on the vintage items
that sizes were different back then than they are now.
