Carved Whale  on Oblong Wood Plaque 

Bottom has an Oblong Wood Plaque 

Rattan Weave looks good and rattan loops on are in good condition 

Not signed other than the tag in the bag 

Cloth Lined Interior - Made in Hong Kong Tag at seam

Wood Handle  ( moves back and forth ) and Closure at front  

One thing with it ( pictured) is that one part in the back cover area, There is detached loop.

Other than that it’s been on the shelf for decades
