Basically in New condition, with a tiny part of the front cover matte film lifted slightly at the bottom.  Too minor to show up in pics but mentioned and called Like New for accuracy.  This is listed currently from $140 - $300.

In our opinion, this is one of the very best documentations of Kahn's houses, with his 12 most recognized houses, from 1940, to the last built work in his lifetime - the Korman House in 1973.  They are presented with new photographs (not in other publications) in their current "lived-in" condition, along with commentary (for some of them) on how the houses were designed, interviews with clients, etc.

It has rare interior views of furnishings and layout inside the residences. Also included are a series of drawings recently found in the basement of the Fisher House that document the design process through 5 different schemes to the final design, along with a transcription of a conversation with Ms. Fisher describing her views on housing and architecture.

Overall, this is a very different take than the standard monograph.
