In good condition with minor signs of wear from normal use. Wheel is straight. No cracks, bends, flat spots/wobbles or repairs. Wheel bearings are in good shape and spin smoothly. Tire is a Shinko Advance 005 and holds air. Has a 2021 date code. Only includes the parts and hardware pictured.
