Item Condition: We do not grade items. Please look at all photos before purchasing.

Any major damage will be noted and photographed.

Sales/Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy or have a problem with your item, please message us first so we can resolve the issue.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Packing/Shipment: Items will be packed and shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment.

Combined Shipping: We can combine multiple items into the same package. Once you add the items to your cart, you can request a new total, which allows us to send an invoice with the correct shipping cost. This option is not available on the app or while items are on sale. You can also go through with the transaction and we will refund the difference in shipping cost when a label is printed.

Tracking: Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to update. Our post office can be slow to upload tracking.

International Buyers:

Please note that import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these charges will be prior to buying. Also, you may be required to physically go to your custom’s office to pick up your item.
