The listing is for a VINTAGE 50's-60's Dorset Rex Purse, it is a Gold Metal Basket Weave w/Lucite handle and lid.
The lining is loose and in POOR condition, I would say it needs to be replaced or covered with new material.
The purse itself has a lot of small scratches from normal wear, many that do not show unless looking for them.
The basket weave is in very good pre-owned condition, handle, lid and closure are all in good condition also. lid could
probably be polished some. On one side at top it looks like a small amount of glue is on the outside. See 6th picture.
Overall, it needs a little help but still has a lot of life left.
