We can only offer a guarantee on items that are received defective due to shipping or product failure. We reserve the right to determine if your order will be exchanged or refunded.

If item found DOA, item must be reported within 7 days and return to us within 14 days from the delivery date for exchange, buyers are responsible on returned shipping cost at first.
