The Venhill Universal Clutch Cable Kit includes one each of a Venhill U01-1-102-BK.
The kit is a high-quality, "build-your-own" cable kits suitable for generally any motorcycle clutch application.
This is a practical, durable kit for building your own clutch cable for a custom project, if you can no longer find cables for your bike, or if you just feel like you can do it better yourself.
One end of the clutch wire is fitted with a barrel nipple (nominally 6mm dia x 10mm). The opposite end will need to be cut to length and the required nipple soldered into place. The ferrules and adjusters are a snug fit. They may be bonded into place if preferred, or you can use a center punch to make a small indention in the side. You will need a basic soldering kit and basic soldering skills to solder the nipple into place.

- 2.35 meters (7.7 feet/7 feet 8.4 inches/92.5 inches) of 7mm OD black PVC coated, spiral wound, Teflon lined outer conduit
- 2.6 meters (8.5 feet/8 feet 6 inches/102 inches) of 2mm OD galvanized steel wire (1 x 19 strand)
- 1 ferrule, 6.5mm OD nose
- 1 ferrule, 7mm OD nose
- 1 ferrule, 8mm OD nose
- 1 8mm x 1.25 x 42mm adjuster with nut
- 1 neoprene adjuster boot
- 1 brass barrel nipple, 8mm DIA x 9mm
- 1 brass barrel nipple, 6mm DIA x 10mm (2.1mm bore)
- 1 brass trumpet nipple, 6mm -> 3.5mm OD, 2.5 ID, 9.5mm length
- 1 N8 nylon nipple sleeve, 8mm OD
- 1 N10 nylon nipple sleeve, 3/8" OD

- Combining items to save on shipping costs is usually possible. Please contact us in advance of your purchase so we can hold individual shipments until all relevant purchases are made. If combined shipping is possible, we will refund you any freight overage after you purchase. If you do not contact us in advance and proceed with purchases, they may be shipped immediately and will not be available for combined shipping.
- We will only ship to a confirmed PayPal address. No exceptions.
- Shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not ship COD, billed to a 3rd party, or to a buyer's account.
- Returns are accepted. We want to make sure you are satisfied and that you receive the correct item for your application.
- You must contact us prior to returning an item to explain the reason for the return and your expectations upon our receipt of the return. We must approve the return and agree to return terms prior to return shipment.
- Returns must be received in like new condition within 14 days of receipt.
- Once received and evaluated, we will issue a refund or ship an alternative as discussed.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise arrangements have been made.
- Items shipped to a Texas address will be charged sales tax.
