35th Anniversary Hello Kitty Build A Bear Plush NO BOW 2009 WITH NECKLACE.
Fair preowned condition. No bow. She has the necklace and charm, but I did change out the chain because it had rust. And because of the rust, It did leave some stains on the plush along side her neck and on her stomach. Very faint, but its there.
