This is a matte black coloured lighter which I have engraved an image of the FEAR CITY logo onto.  The lighter itself is made by 'Star' and can be filled with lighter fuel (not supplied). This is part of the Premium range of lighters which are made from brass rather than steel and are much higher quality.
