Vtg Peruvian Moche Portrait Head Stirrup Spout Vessel Museum Reproduction - 11"

This unique Portrait Head is not marked.  I purchased it at a local Thrift shop in Walnut Creek CA.  There was a tag attached that the person who donated it put on it.  
"Vintage Portrait Head- Stirrup Spout Vessel Peruvian"

The face is gentle with a dark spot on the end of the nose and again some black above the left eye and on the head.  A few more black spots on the back of the head.  No marking on the bottom.  One sticker with the number 108.  

The other's I see on the internet say Reproduction, I really don't know anything about this unique find.

No repairs or cracks to mention.  Inside the vessel is black.  Please see all photos and video for actual condition.
