Antique Waltham Lady Elgin wristwatch

This antique watch belong to my great grandmother, I am currently 64 so that should give you an idea of how old it is. It has been in its original box probably as long as it’s been alive. Lol. My great grandparents were sheep herders in Colorado so I’m sure something like this was very expensive for them.
