If you cannot connect to vLinker MC+(plus) for the second time, this may be a software usage problem.

I: vLinker MC+ uses a different BLE address every time it is powered on, so some APPs has to choose to search for the device again.

For example, Car Scanner APP.

II: If vLinker MC+ is always plugged into the car, the BLE address will not change, so there is no problem with APP connection. Once unplugged and plugged in again, some apps will have to be searched again.

Step1: Download "VgateFwUpdater APP", scan the QR code on the product package.

Step2: Open the APP, select “SCAN” and scan the QR code on the product package again.

Step3: According to the product model, select the entrance "WIFI" or "BT-BLE", click "DOWNLOAD".

Step4: Wait for the download status to be updated to "Succeeded".
