All cards that sell for less than $10 before taxes WILL BE PWE(plain white envelope) shipped. The card will be placed into a sleeve, then a card saver, then surrounded by cardboard, then inserted into a team back for weather resistance and the best protection possible for PWE.

If card sells for $11-$99 the card will be shipped well protected and in a bubble mailer with tracking.

$100+ will be shipped in a bubble mailer inserted into a box for additional protection and insurance will be provided. Signature required if preferred.

The condition of this card and other cards in my store are best described via the photos provided. I don’t believe my condition appraising is the same as someone else’s so I take good photos to let the buyer see the cards condition. If I notice anything the photos don’t show then I will place it will be noted.

REFUNDS: If USPS fails to deliver your item to you on PWE shipped items within 7 days past the expected delivery date, a full refund will be issued and you can keep the card when it arrives.

The tracking provided for PWE is the eBay standard envelope stamp. The tracking is not really tracking. It is provided for the seller and buyer to know when an item is shipped and when it arrives. The middle part of delivery is not provided with the label. Tracking is unable to be purchased for cards valued under $10 as it would become too expensive for profit to be made. 99% of eBay standard envelope shippings result in a happy seller and happy buyer. This message is provided on all my items as a heads up to the small potential happenings.
