Domestic Shipping:

• Quoted rates are for Fedex GROUND shipping within the lower 48 US States
• Quoted rates include packaging costs to cover labor, box, packing material, & crating services (if any). 
• FedEx (2Day, 3Day, Overnight) available at additional cost.
• USPS shipping will be used for lighter items
• Shipping rates to Alaska/Hawaii may incur additional costs.
• Tracking numbers are provided when available.

 

International Shipping:

• Available at additional cost and will be quoted upon request.
• Buyer is responsible for any customs taxes and/or duties.
• Please ask for a quote on rates BEFORE bidding or placing an order.

 

 

Warranty:

• Unless otherwise stated, this item is covered with a standard 15 day non-doa warranty.
• Buyer must notify us within 10 days of receipt for any problems and must contact us prior to returning the item(s).
• If the item is deemed DOA we reserve the right to either repair or replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Item must be returned and packaged in original shipping materials for returns, exchange, or repair.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
• Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product including all licensing.
• If item is returned in working condition, buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
• Some items may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We CANNOT guarantee that the manufacturer’s warranty is transferrable or valid and make NO claims as such. It is the buyers responsibility to apply for the transfer of any manufacturer’s warranty.
