Vintage Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania Stuffed Toys Puppy Dog Foam Plush Toy 15".

Hard to find vintage Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania stuffed dog.  This plush has a rip at the ear and the filling is thin at the front legs so it doesn't hold the weight of the plush. Item shows signs of use, wear and tear, and age.  Please see pictures.
