Please note: During the assembly process it is normal to see a small amount of chipping internally. This in no way affects the integrity of the fully assembled product.
This furniture needs to be anchored to the wall with the enclosed safety fitting to prevent it from tipping over.
Different wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home, sold separately
Return Policy
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We require that the products be returned via a Reply Paid address which will be provided. You will need to take the products to the nearest post office to have them returned. Products that come back via Reply Paid cannot be tracked and therefore if they are lost in transit we will assume that the product(s) have not been returned. We recommend you send product(s) via registered post at your own expense.
We are proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavor to supply you with the product or products you have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. If this occurs please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the products.
We will require that the product be sent to us via your local post office free of charge to our Reply Paid address. Faulty items can take up to 10 days turnaround to be changed over and re-delivered. Once we confirm receipt of the parcel, we will inspect the faulty item. If the product returned is not deemed faulty it will be returned back to the customer and a freight fee will be charged.
In the event, outside our DOA Policy (30 days from date of delivery), a product becomes faulty under warranty, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the item to us at their own expense.
We will not accept responsibility for postage charges if Reply Paid details obtained are not used.
Delivery Times
All orders on are processed within 1 to 3 business days from Monday - Friday. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team by email.
All Australia Post orders are registered and can be traced. Australia Post recommends that someone be present to accept delivery at the nominated delivery address between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. Australia Post cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If no-one is present to accept delivery a slip will be left in your mail box so that you can pick your item up from your nearest post office or parcel centre as specified by the slip.
