This is a used cast iron Union Jubilee Woodworking Lathe with an integrated disc sander. There is no Union plate but I have asked some experts and they say it's a union Jubilee.

It has been converted to single phase and will run from a domestic socket.

It has a faceplate and some extra accessories pictured.

This item is very heavy and will need a van or trailer for transport, for that reason its collection only from Hastings in East Sussex.
