Therefore, we offer a 14 day return window if something is not working for your needs or damaged in transit.  Return shipping fees apply.  Please note, "intimates" (panties, hosiery, swimwear) due to their nature will be considered on a case-by-case basis when something is not as described or damaged in transit.

If any item is "new with tags" and it is returned to us in used condition or without tags, these items will not be accepted back for a refund.
