Garbage Pail Kids 15th Series Wax Box.  The box is an X out box, meaning it could have been a partial box refilled with Non Die Cut or Die Cut packs, but having opened many packs from various boxes from the same seller, I would count on the cards being most, if not all Non Die Cut.  See pics.  Check out my other GPK listings for grab bags wax packs, posters, and more :)
