This is a unique item that is shaped like a boot with a raised flower and gathering design.  It measures 5.5 inches long and 3 inches tall.  The front of the boot is hinged for storage.  It's made in Italy by Action in Cheswick, Pa.  Pens and pencils could be put in it and paper clips or whatever could be put in the box .  Fun item!
